Add 7% tax if you live within one mile of downtown Minneapolis; 6.5% if you live elsewhere in Minnesota. Do not send sales tax if we are shipping your order outside of Minnesota. If we are mailing your order, please include $3 for regular USPS first-class shipping for a single book; $4.50 for priority mail. Add $1 for each additional item.
